Privacy Policy

Replymaxxing is a Chrome extension and website that count the replies you post on X (formerly Twitter) and rank them on a monthly leaderboard. It is made by Beesz (“we”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What the extension collects
The extension only runs on x.com and twitter.com. When you send a post or reply there, it records:
- The post or reply itself: its text, the time you sent it, its tweet ID, and the tweet you replied to.
- An automation check at the moment you send: whether the send came from real mouse/keyboard input or from a script, a summary of mouse movement and click timing just before sending, whether a keyboard shortcut was pressed normally, and whether the tab was visible. This produces a score and a short list of reasons. It does not record what you type keystroke by keystroke, and nothing outside the X tab.
The extension does not read your direct messages, passwords, other websites, or your browsing history.
What stays on your computer
Everything above is stored in your browser. If you never sign in, nothing leaves your computer. You can export or delete it any time from the extension’s dashboard (Settings → Delete all data).
What is sent to our server when you sign in with X
- Your public X profile details provided by X when you sign in: handle, display name, profile picture and X account ID.
- For each reply X confirmed: its text, tweet ID, the tweet it replied to, the time, and the automation-check score and reasons.
We use this only to run the leaderboard: applying the rules, ranking, spot-checking replies and reviewing the top of the board.
What is public
The leaderboard shows your X handle, display name, profile picture, number of counted replies and trust score. Your reply texts and automation-check details are not shown publicly; they are visible only to leaderboard reviewers.
Checking replies against X
To make sure reported replies are real, we look up a sample of them (and all replies from the top of the leaderboard) using X’s public embed services, a day or two after they’re posted. This only uses information that is already public on X.
Who we share data with
We don’t sell your data, show ads, or use third-party analytics. Data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase). We may disclose data if required by law.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while you take part. To delete your account and everything we hold about you, email us at the address below from or about your X account; we’ll delete it within 30 days.
Children
Replymaxxing is not for anyone under 13, or under the minimum age to use X where you live.
Chrome Web Store user data
Our use of information received from the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use it to provide the features described here.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the extension.
